It will be recommended a specific voucher for each of the several services. If the number of the checked participants is not the same of the actual presenting people, the documents have to be changed, to specify the exact number of travellers, tour guide and driver included. It is important to remind the client that the vouchers must be signed by both the tour guide and the provider, because the total number of facturated people will result from the number of vouchers, and it will absolutely not be possible to consider other eventual belated communications.
