Reservation:
All the reservations have to be personally validated by our offices. The computer system will send you the offers, the alerts for the options about to expire, the confirmations, the statements and related vouchers for the booked services. During the reservation the traveller will be asked to pay an advance payment up to the 30%, except for other accords, of the whole participation price. For the reservations booked only 30 days before the departure, during the confirmation you will have to pay to The One Tour Operator the entire amount for the participation. It will be on The One T.O. the faculty of cancelling the reservations in case of the non-respect of the demand.
