THE CIRCUS OF RIGA: It is the ideal location to spend a joyful day with your family. The 123 years old centre hosts artists from all over the world, among which the famous Las Vegas clown, Burt Bugy, twice champion of the World Juggling Games. During the shows, taking place each Friday, Saturday and Sunday, will also performance some acrobats from the famous Moscow Circus.
SAINT NICOLAS CHURCH OF TALLIN: Dedicated to the merchants and sailors’ patron, from which you will be able to admire the most ancient threshold of Tallin. The church of Tallin represents one of the most delightful medieval churches of the whole Estonia. In its inner part you will be able to visit the Museum with a Bernt Notke’s piece named ‘The Macabre Dance’.
THE AURORA THRESHOLD: The last of the original 5 thresholds spacing out the town walls built between 1503 and 1522, the Aurora threshold is the famous Vilnius Sanctuary, publicly opened for the first time in 1514, famous for the Virgin Mary’s Pagan cult of the rising sun. In the interior of the chapel you will be able to admire the famous painting of the Blessed Virgin Mary from the ‘600s, to which thaumatulgical powers are attributed.
THE BALTIC AMBER: One of the most wanted souvenirs of the area is the amber, available in lots of shops in Vilnius. Walking around the city centre alleys, part of UNESCO’s Patrimony, you will be able to notice the variety of the shops, from vintage to boutiques, where you could find objects of any kind and value.
