In case of non-arrival or travel cancellation near the departure date by one or more travellers, the service providers have the right to demand a ‘non-show’ penals for the total price of the reservations. In case of particular accords, in order to avoid debates it is necessary that the tour guide asks to be released a written document signed by the service provider, conferming that no penal charge will be on the organiser. The specified document must be handed to The One T.O. 24 hours before the return. THE TOUR GUIDE IN THESE CASES HAS ALWAYS TO POINT OUT THE NON-ARRIVAL OF THE CLIENTS ON THE SERVICE VOUCHERS CONFIRMING THE ACTUAL NUMBER OF THE PARTICIPANTS, REQUIRING THE SIGNATURE OF THE SERVICE PROVIDER.
