The legislations over the IVA for tourist service differ for each of the European countries, they are also under each State’s legislation, which independently manage according to their singular interpretation and the implement of the directive ’77/388/CEE’ from the common council of the 17th May, 1997 with the consecutive changes, concerning the harmony between the States part of the whole Community. The One s.r.l. is not responsible for information or updates concerning those legislations, clearly accessible, which must be on the packages organizers, totally independent from our Company, to be aware of the IVA legislations in order to correctly deal the price comprehensive of eventual increases for the taxes owed.
